Why does it work so well?

Before getting into the differences between the Anvil Tib Bar and others, it makes sense to include a bit of background and a brief explanation about why a new design was needed in the first place.

Back in 2020 everyone in our family was dealing with varying degrees of knee pain. That's how we found Ben Patrick (#kneesovertoesguy). His personal success story and those on the ATG website convinced us to dig deeper. We started with walking backwards then progressed to the Knee Ability Zero Program.

After a while, we decided to add a Tib Bar into the mix. We were surprised by the lack of variety and underwhelmed by the performance of traditional designs. We all saw plenty of room for improvement. Enter the Anvil Tib Bar.

The Anvil Tib Bar

The unique geometry of the Anvil Tib Bar takes tib raises to a whole new level.

Our Tib Bar was specifically engineered to do more with less.

Conventional Tib Bars feel awkward and unstable. They're tricky to get on and off, plus you need heavy weights which are expensive and can be hard to handle.

We wanted to create something more user-friendly. Something that felt much more ergonomic and natural. That's why the Anvil Tib Bar includes a lever arm.

When you perform long-lever exercises, you engage your stabilizer muscles which help you to build a strong foundation. When you have a strong foundation, you can increase your performance and reduce your risk of injury.

Furthermore, by employing leverage, you need lighter, less expensive weight plates (2.5, 5, 10 lbs.) because the weight is further away from your body. The lever arm also makes the bar more stable when you do your Tib Raises and allows for a smoother movement throughout the entire exercise.

But a long lever arm isn't the only thing that sets our Tib Bar apart.

It also features a vertical sleeve. If you don't have a collar or don't want to use one, no worries. Just slide the plates on and you're good to go.

Overall, the design of the Anvil Tib Bar makes getting it on or off the feet much easier and the base plate keeps it stable while adding or removing plates.

Additionally, the Anvil Tib Bar features fully welded construction with no assembly required. It's fabricated in Canada with care and pride using only North American steel. It delivers consistent, commercial grade quality thanks to a comprehensive QC Program and 30+ years of manufacturing expertise.

With proper care, it's a lifetime piece of equipment.
